These terms apply to everyone who uses the website. A "provider" is a company with a profile or advertisement on the website. A "visitor" is anyone else using the website.
The website is a directory where providers present their services and visitors can find them, send enquiries and leave reviews. It is free for visitors.
We are not a party to any contract between a visitor and a provider, and no payments for providers' services are made through the website. The provider alone is responsible for its services, prices and contract terms. We are not responsible for whether a contract is concluded or how it is carried out.
You must not use the website to break the law, to send spam or misleading information, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt the website or collect data from it automatically.
When you send an enquiry about an advertisement, it comes to us first and we may pass it to the provider. We cannot guarantee that a provider will reply. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain unlawful or offensive content. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it, along with your name and rating, for as long as it stays on the website.
We do not verify that a reviewer has actually used the service.
We may remove a review that breaks these terms. Ask us at clayd-sro@proton.me if you want your own review removed.
Providers must be businesses, and they act in the course of their business when using the website. To be listed, a provider submits a request, and we may accept or refuse it.
Providers are responsible for ensuring that their profiles and advertisements are accurate and lawful, and that they have the rights to any text, logos and images they supply. By supplying this content, a provider allows us to publish it on the website and to use it to promote the website for as long as the listing is active.
Prices for packages are shown on the website. A paid package starts once we have agreed it with the provider.
If you believe something on the website is illegal, send a notice to clayd-sro@proton.me, which is also our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). You can write to us in Slovak or English. Your notice should explain why you consider the content illegal, say exactly where it is (ideally with a link), and give your name and email address.
We will review notices carefully and without undue delay, and tell you what we decide. We may remove content or suspend a listing or user that breaks the law or these terms. If we do, we will tell the person affected why, where we have their contact details, and they can ask us to review the decision.
We moderate content by human review and do not use automated moderation tools.
The website's design, text and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except where the law allows it.
We take care to keep the website working and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Content from providers and reviewers is theirs, and we do not check it in advance except as described in these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Please send complaints about the website to clayd-sro@proton.me. Complaints about a provider's services should go to that provider.
If you are a consumer and we have not resolved your complaint, or you believe we have breached your rights, you can ask us for a remedy. If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days, you may be able to apply for alternative dispute resolution under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk) is one such body, and the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic publishes the full list. For cross-border disputes in the EU, the European Consumer Centre network can also help.
These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects providers with a paid package, we will tell them in advance.
